Here at DooleyMack we have core values that we live by. These values are intrinsic to our culture and our behavior. Safety is one of our core values and Training is another. DooleyMack University was created with the mission to inspire growth, both personal and professional, to foster leadership and team spirit, and to better serve our clients.
A blended format curriculum is offered, meaning it relies on multiple class styles to reach all of our team members. DMU contracts with individuals in local areas to bring leadership, team building, Spanish, etc., classes to team members at all of our offices and jobsites. Online courses are available for computing skills, and lunch and learn sessions are offered including hobby classes like cooking & photography. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be attainable on selected course offerings.
